SSAC Gift Shop located at 41 Victoria Street East, Alliston to enable members to network with each other and perhaps purchase those last minute gifts! Our shop will remain open until 7:00pm that evening.

Our Annual General meeting for 2015-2016 will take place on Thursday, December 15, 2015, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The Agenda and Financial Statements will be made available to you in the prescribed time pursuant to our By-laws.
A copy of our Proxy Form is attached.
In keeping with Article 13, Nominations of Directors of the current By-Laws #01-2011; we are inviting / requesting written nominations for positions on the Board from the Members.

Pursuant to our By-laws you are receiving this notice on October 17, 2016, which is at least 60 days in advance of the proposed Annual General Meeting.

The Nominating Committee of the Board shall receive, review and interview nominations received and bring forward a complete slate of officers.
