Lisa Rosati
Visual Artist specializing in murals, portraits and custom artworks as well as graphic design and illustration. Commissions welcomed.
Lisa began painting at age twelve as a student of Alice Forestell.
She continued her education in art and design at Georgian College gaining a Certificate in Graphic Design and graduated from Sheridan College with a diploma in Illustration. Later she was granted a scholarship for studies in Florence, Italy, an experience which still influences and inspires her paintings.
Using traditional drawing and painting techniques and digital design tools Lisa has created artwork for print, garments, wallcoverings and children's products. Experience as a set painter led to the large scale paintings and murals she now paints, specializing in custom artwork, murals and portraits.
Lisa has been commissioned to paint murals for Tottenham Foodland, Tottenham Public School and the Town of New Tecumseth.
Lisa has had the great honour of visiting Pikangikum, Webequie and Attawapiskat First Nations as an arts educator/facilitator with ArtsCan Circle and Thrive Youth Charities.
