SSAC 2016-2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Due to changes in several of our accounting processes and timings this past year; it has taken longer to pull our year end together. As timing is very tight to prepare our draft financial statement prior to Christmas; it has been determined that we should defer our Annual General Meeting date to 2018.
 
Our Annual General meeting for 2016-2017 will take place on Saturday, January 13, 2018, 10:00 a.m. – Noon.

The Agenda and Financial Statements will be made available to you in the prescribed time pursuant to our By-Laws.

In keeping with Article 13, Nominations of Directors of the current By-Laws #01-2011; we are inviting / requesting written nominations for positions on the Board from the Members.
 
Pursuant to our By-Laws you receiving this notice on October 17, 2017, which was more than 60 days in advance of the proposed Annual General Meeting.
 
The Nominating Committee of the Board shall receive, review and interview nominations received and bring forward a complete slate of officers.
