CALL FOR CANADA DAY ARTISTS/ARTISANS for the ONTARIO150 Celebration

CALL FOR CANADA DAY ARTISTS/ARTISANS for the ONTARIO150 Celebration

On Canada Day, Saturday, July 1st, the South Simcoe Arts Council will be partnering with the Alliston Business Improvement Association and holding our annual BATTLE OF THE BRUSHES alongside the FARMER'S MARKET on Mill Street in Alliston.

This year the event will be paired with the popular annual CANADA DAY FESTIVITIES held by the Rotary Club and the Town of New Tecumseth held at Riverdale Park a short stroll across the bridge.

THIS WILL ENSURE OUR EVENT WILL BE BIGGER & BETTER THAN EVER!!

We will be attracting the artistic crowd, the art supporters, the shoppers from Farmers Market and the families attending Canada Day. We will be provided with excellent signage linking these two events and directing crowds between the two locations.

We are putting out a CALL TO ALL ARTISTS & ARTISANS; MUSICIANS, LITERARY ARTISTS and whomever we have overlooked for this event! We will be providing our members with a space to market and sell their items free of charge and without commission.
If you would like to participate in this Artist / Artisan Area on Mill Street, please respond to this email or contact the arts council at info@southsimcoeartscouncil.com

**We would also appreciate some pics of YOU...artists /artisans, musicians, literary artists creating their work or selling their work for promotional purposes for this event!
