MARCH BREAK: Clay & Spiral Paint

10am - 12pm (Ages 6 - 8)

If you have a child that loves to dive into play and get their hands dirty then this class is perfect for them!
Join pottery artist Debra Gibbs in making their very own clay bird bath and spiral paint art. Young artists will have the freedom to explore and create at will. Using easy hand building methods each participant will make a bird bath for their home. These bird baths will then be taken off-site by Debra to be kiln fired & returned to SSAC within 2 weeks for pick up. They will also get to use the potter's wheel to create exciting spiral paint creations that can be used for crafts, cards, and more! Please wear appropriate clothes for crafting in or bring a smock.

All projects except the Bird Bath will be decorated & finished to take home the same day. This class is open to all skill levels. Come on out and join in the fun. All materials are included.
