The South Simcoe Arts Council in collaboration with the Gibson Cultural Centre is thrilled to be selling Illustrator Therese Cilia debut children's book "Over by the Harbour"

Therese, a former Tottenham youth has had the pleasure of being trained alongside Alice Forestell for six years! This fully illustrated book is available at the South Simcoe Arts Council Office - 3rd Floor as well, in the Gift Shop Gibson Cultural Centre at 63 Tupper Street West, Alliston, ON L9R 1E4.
