The Grants and Donations and the Community Group Fee Waivers are being brought back for discussion by members of Council - they are both listed below. Please note that as per the Town’s Procedural By-Law, both items require 2/3rds of Council to vote to reconsider the items.
It would be wonderful if we could fill the Council Chambers with members of local volunteer groups to show we support for the continuation of the both the Grants and Donations and The Community Group Fee Waivers. Please let everyone you think may be interested know that this is on the agenda!
As this is a Committee of the Whole Meeting, you just need to raise your hand at the meeting and ask to speak to the item - if you wish to speak.
