Due to the many changes in several of our accounting processes this past year, it has taken longer to pull our financial yearend together. We then found ourselves amidst Holiday Celebrations, closures and vacations that created a further delay.
Our Annual General meeting for 2016-2017 will take place on Saturday February 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm at 41 Victoria Street East, Alliston.

The Agenda and Financial Statements will be made available to you in the prescribed time pursuant to our By-laws.
A copy of our Proxy Form is attached.
In keeping with Article 13, Nominations of Directors of the current By-Laws #01-2011; we earlier invited/requested written nominations for positions on the Board from the Members.
Pursuant to our By-laws you originally received notice on October 17, 2017, which is at least 60 days in advance of the proposed Annual General Meeting.
The Nominating Committee of the Board will receive, review and interview nominations received and bring forward a complete slate of officers.

Calling all experienced visual artists and artisans who wish to showcase their latest exhibition of original works for our Spring into the Arts 2018 exhibit at 41 Victoria St. E.
RSVP your interest in participating in this exhibit - outdoor artwork is invited as well.

The exhibit will be mounted on Thursday February 1.
