Workshops - MW_CC02 - Creative Writing [Teens] with Cael Cohen

During this 8-week, pressure-free, creativity-stretching, not-like-school courses, creative writing workshop course, writers from grades 9 through 12 will expand their talent, gain skills and explore the power of words to express who they really are. Each class will dive into new forms of writing, including poetry, journaling, character development, spoken word, oral storytelling, memoir, and more.

This course is ideal for teenagers who wish to express themselves freely, without rules or inhibitions, who want to connect with new friends with similar questions and desires. Teens who want to be with the love of words, not writing rules, who feel ready (though maybe a little scared) to write and share their writing will thrive in this course.

This course will not critique, foster competition, give strict rules or pressure participants to write things they don’t want to write.

This is a class for teens in Grades 9-12
