Wet Felting Spring Coasters

Join Andrea Elmhirst of Heritage Felt to learn the art of creating beautiful, functional coasters inspired by the season's blooms and greenery.

In this 3-hour class, you'll:

• Explore the basics of wet felting, using sustainable wool and a variety of techniques.
• Experiment with blending soft pastel and vivid spring hues to craft your unique designs.
• Create a set of four felted coasters that are perfect for brightening up your home or gifting to someone special.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring your creativity! All felting materials will be provided, including high-quality merino wool. Please bring 2 medium sized towels.

*SSAC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrolment. To bring you the best program, class size will be limited to 8 participants. We recommend registering as early as possible.

Felting artisan, Andrea Elmhirst, works to combine her love of Canada, the outdoors and her love of wool. Since 2010, Andrea has grown her art to include wet felting, needle felting and crocheting. She currently lives and works in Tottenham, Ontario.
