Purple Rose
This macrame wall hanging is made with cotton cord, small natural rose quartz stones and a somewhat rare purple rose quartz focal stone crystal. Rose quartz is known for its healing properties and promotes well being.
Artist Bio
Coming from the tail end of the "FLOWER POWER" era, I used to macrame in the '70's with my high-school chums. As they say, what goes around comes around. Creativity has been my outlet for stress as I have always worked full time, with the exception of maternity leaves. Now that arthritis has set in, it is more important than ever to keep using my hands. So, macrame has been resurrected! This rounds out my creative portfolio of hand-made fashion and sterling silver jewellery, knitting, and of course, macrame. Enjoy!
