Artist Bio
I'm a self-taught woodworker who makes unique pieces that are purposefully designed and well crafted.
After moving into a 19th century home that required 21st century fixes, I embraced my love of learning and slowly began teaching myself how to replace, repair, and eventually create what was needed. This necessity sparked an interest which led to a passion for woodworking.
George Walkem Wood Co. got its humble start in Tottenham, Ontario in 2018.
