As an artist, I like to create art that has a traditional and historical look and feel to it. My art showcases the relationship that shadows and lights have, to create an interesting and dynamic piece of artwork through oil medium. Painting in a traditional style, I try to bring as much realism into my artwork as possible. Whether it be a still life, portrait, fan art or an original concept piece, I enjoy taking inspiration from the world around me to create paintings that have important meanings through symbolism. I enjoy exploring and experimenting with different styles, techniques and mediums, often combining them to create a unique pieces. As an artist I am working towards developing my skills and learning to paint like the old masters working mainly with oil and in a traditional style.
