Red Barn Wellness Farm is a supportive place for individuals, groups, families, and organizations to explore connection, creativity and compassion through various healing arts practices.
At Red Barn Wellness Farm, we partner with the majestic wisdom of Horses and Nature in the expressive arts practice to support self-reflection and re-discovery of the true, authentic self. No art or horse experience is necessary. All of our programs work within a "low skill/high sensitivity" model which honours process over production.
