Exciting New Artist Networking Afternoons

Thanks in part to receiving a new Ontario Trillium Foundation Resilient Communities grant SSAC has been putting the finishing touches on our new gathering space - The MakeSpace and we are rolling out new ways to connect.

As part of our Arts Connect initiative to bring our creative community together we're offering a new, free opportunity for SSAC member artists to meet, share, learn and create.

"Friday Free For All"
DATE: 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month,
TIME: 11am - 2pm
LOCATION: Make Space room at FortyOne: Local Art Market

SSAC artists are welcome to drop-in and gather for Open Studio time to create in community, share your work-in-progress or be inspired to start one. Get support and feedback from your peeps!

We provide tables, chairs, easels and coffee and tea (by donation). You bring your art supplies and snacks.
