Work by Mike Medaglia

This months showcase at The Well features work by the comics artist and illustrator, Mike Medaglia.

His book One Year Wiser is published by SelfMadeHero. It is a collection of 365 daily meditations adapted into full page illustrations. There is also a One Year Wiser colouring book, with a weekly illustration to colour-in.

He draws regular comics for The Huffington Post about Zen and modern life.

At Jessica Kingsley Publishers Mike is an art editor working on a range of comics and graphic novels about topics like chronic pain, dementia, Aspergers Syndrome, PTSD and anxiety.

His current ongoing comics project is for Elephant Journal where he can create a weekly comic/blog post looking at different ideas around mindfulness.
