SSAC & Member Artist Events - Online Nature Journaling Workshop - Migrators at the Lake

In this online class, see which birds have gathered to prepare for the biggest show of the season: migration. Wildlife artist Len provides live, step-by-step sketching techniques to create nature journal pages of two migrating bird species.

Nature journaling helps us connect with nature in creative and personal ways. By recording our observations through sketches and notes, we discover and learn more about our natural world.

The aim of this class is:

- to encourage nature exploration;
- to inspire observations through awareness and curiosity;
- and to spark confidence in creating nature sketches.

Supplies required for this class are: HB, 2B, 4B pencils, eraser and two sheets of paper or a sketchbook.
