SSAC & Member Artist Events - Stained Glass Poppy Workshop

Presented by Emilie Shipman-Wight of Feather and Fibres & Meghan Murphy of Meghan's Glass Creations.

Join us for a hands-on stained glass workshop where you will create your own stained glass poppy. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to try something creative and have a laugh along the way. After receiving pre-cut pieces, we will teach you how to foil, solder and finish your suncatcher. We will finish with patina and polish to make your flower shine! Get creative, learn something new, and take home your glowing piece of art!

Workshop Details:
All materials and equipment are provided to complete the selected project. Closed-toed shoes and long pants are mandatory. You may choose to bring a work apron to protect your clothing.

- Gloves will be provided.
- No experience necessary
- Participants must be 18+
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Food and beverages are not permitted within the workshop area for safety reasons. Water may
be kept in a designated area away from soldering stations.
