Artist's Statement:
I consider myself an abstract artist and I love working with acrylic paints. I use bold colours, in my paintings which help express the emotions I am trying to portray. I believe in recycling, using many repurposed canvases.
I have a love for all animals, especially the array of squirrels, chipmunks, bluejays and even crows who come to my yard every morning for treats. This art series "In My Garden" was inspired by "Mama Squirrel" who has been here for 2 years since she was tiny and whose five babies have grown up in one of our trees.
