Kate Greenway is an educator, author, and artist who works in watercolour, mixed media collage, and glass – stained, fused and mosaic – sometimes blurring the distinction between mediums. Kate has exhibited in solo and group shows across Ontario, the GTA, and several provinces and states, has served numerous artist residencies, and is the recipient of multiple awards. She builds form and meaning in minute detail, in layers of delicate brushwork, or scraps and foraged treasures, often as small as a piece of thread. Her artwork can be found in private collections across Ontario.

"Everyday Magic" suggests to me the connection we have with nature, and its ability to heal, to calm, and to inspire. The quiet of rising early to see the mist lift off a lake, or enjoying the colours and calls of songbirds in our own backyards is part of what makes life full.
