Vibrant watercolour portraiture and landscapes, as well as glowing oils by Gillian Wharton. At the Alliston library until June 23/23.

Gillian is a visual artist who works with watercolour, acrylic and oil paints, as well as French dyes on silk. In her art, she attempts to express and communicate her love of nature, people, and the world around us.

What inspires Gillian to create?
"I am excited when working with a variety of subjects in various mediums. I love the challenge of exploring different techniques and find joy in fresh new discoveries. With my art I hope to engage and inspire the viewer."
