Lana Burchill
Lana Burchill is a classically trained stained glass artist with over 40 years of experience who loves to work in different media.
Lana's love for the creative process has driven her to constantly explore new possibilities. She often finds herself pondering, "What would happen if I mix this with that or if I combine this with that?"
She is keen about drawing portraits and believes that drawing is fundamental to all art.
Her most recent ongoing project has been drawing "a face a day" since 2020, where she draws portraits of humans or animals out of any media she can get her hands on!
She received the People's Choice Award ( 3rd place) in Through Lines, a group show by the Comox Valley Printmakers Association
