Nuno Felting a Scarf

Level: Beginner
Medium: Fibre
Ages: Teen/Adult

Join Andrea Elmhirst for a hands-on Nuno felting workshop and create your own lightweight, textured wool and silk scarf! In this session, you'll learn the art of Nuno felting, a technique that bonds fine wool fibers to silk fabric using water, soap, and gentle agitation. The result is a beautifully textured, soft, and wearable piece of fiber art.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced felters alike. You'll explore colour blending, design techniques, and fabric manipulation to craft a truly one-of-a-kind scarf. All materials are included, and you'll leave with a finished scarf ready to wear or gift.
