Nature journaling helps us connect with nature in personal and creative ways. By recording our observations through
sketches and notes, we discover and learn more of our natural world.
In this live, online class, Len shares her knowledge of forest and wetland habitats and her joy of discovering the adorable
chicks, kits and pups that arrive in spring. To create journal pages, Len shares step-by-step sketching techniques to sketch and record observations of two wildlife species.
The aim of this class is:
- to encourage nature exploration;
- to inspire observations through awareness and curiosity;
- and to spark confidence in creating nature sketches.
Supplies required for this class are: a pencil, eraser and two sheets of paper or a sketchbook.
