Tai Chi in the Courtyard

Join Artist & Sensei, Antonio Lampreia of Tecumseth Peaceful Warriors, in the SSAC Courtyard for an hour of Tai Chi for all levels.

This is a drop in class and you do not need to register in advance.

This is a PAY WHAT YOU CAN class. We will have a donation jar at check in. All proceeds support SSAC programs & activities.

Location: 41 Victoria Street East, Alliston. Check in at the front desk upon arriving.

Materials

Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes.

Bring a water bottle if you'd like a drink.

If you think you may need to stop and sit at anytime during this class you are welcome to bring a folding chair.
